Cierrina Rice an experienced human resources professional who also has over 7 years of experience in website and graphic design. Cierrina has over 9 years of experience coaching, consulting, and training individuals and leaders. Cierrina has a track record of provoking favorable results in soft skill cultivation, effective communication, increasing performance, and conflict resolution in the marketplace.

 

Cierrina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A) in Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Cierrina is also a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the North Alabama Society for Human Resource Management (NASHRM). Additionally, she is a certified Talent Optimization Consultant and a certified leadership and workforce trainer.

Tevin Rice possesses over 10 years of experience in marketing, instructional design, multimedia, and public relations. Tevin has worked extensively to assist in the branding and expansion of both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. He holds a Master of Art in Communication in Media from Alabama Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University. Additionally, Tevin obtained his Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication with Digital Media Concentration from Claflin University.

Tevin possesses keen social media and marketing experience working with clients to design and execute media strategies. He is a guru of social media tools and technologies, with a track record of creating and implementing successful social media campaigns.  As an experienced multimedia specialist, Tevin also has experience creating professional websites and other marketing materials, such as eye-catching graphics and videos production.
